Doctor Alliance does not independently determine the purposes for which PHI is used.

• administrative and operational data
• user account information for authorized staff

All information is provided to the platform at the direction of Customers.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• facilitate the exchange and review of healthcare documentation
• support operational workflows between healthcare organizations and physicians
• maintain system functionality and reliability

Doctor Alliance does not use PHI for independent purposes outside of providing the Services.

5. Data Sharing

Information processed through the Services is made available only to:

• the Customer that provided the information
• authorized users designated by that Customer
• other authorized participants in the same clinical or operational workflow, as directed by the Customer

Doctor Alliance does not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained as part of ongoing clinical and operational workflows.

Record lifecycle is managed in accordance with clinical workflow requirements and applicable regulatory obligations. Customers with questions about data retention, archiving, or disposition should direct those inquiries to their account contact or to legal@doctoralliance.com.

Customers are responsible for determining their own legal and regulatory data retention requirements.

7. Security

Doctor Alliance implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Services.

Security measures are designed to align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA where applicable.

8. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• managing user access to the Services
• ensuring that only authorized personnel access information
• complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to support functionality and performance.

Such providers are selected and used in a manner consistent with applicable data protection obligations.

10. Cookies and Tracking

Doctor Alliance does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking purposes.

The Services may use technically necessary cookies or session identifiers solely to support core functionality, such as maintaining authenticated sessions and ensuring secure operation of the platform.
